7 week / 300 Hour
Tantra Yoga Immersion / Teacher Training course
Course Overview
The seven week Tantra Yoga Teacher Immersion is for those who wants to dive deeper into the system or for those who are new to this system and would like to have more time to integrate and practice teaching the SKaSTA system. For those returning, you will have the chance to revisit the vast subjects of non-dual tantra and dive deeper into your understanding and integration in a tantric community.
For those joining us for the first time, you will be introduced to traditional Kaula teachings through daily Satsangs, guided in our prāna based āsana practice, learn basic health practices and Ayurvedic walking massage. Experience and learn sacred tantric rituals like Aarti and Nyasa. We will also explore and practice interpersonal communication and relationship skills that you can use in your day to day life.
In the first weeks of this immersion you will learn basic foundational skills to share this āsana practice with others. During the last weeks, you will have the opportunity to sharpen your teaching skills and your understanding of this radical perspective of life that everything is a blissful expression of the absolute. Most importantly, by the end of your time with us you will have a solid embodied experience and, foundation to re-member that you are the Divine dancing!
One of the most valuable aspect of this program is living in a community of like-minded practitioners, of whom some have been a part of Shri Kali Sva-Tantra ashram for decades. Our mission is to create a space for people who are sincere about integrating and living the teachings of non-dual Tantra. We will introduce this worldview through direct teachings and experience while living and supporting each other in Kula (community).
Here you are invited to explore the most authentic, true version of self, the sacred self, and then celebrate life in health and harmony.
Please note: This is a traditional tantra approach and will not include sexuality practices. We understand that when you know you are the divine playing your intimate connections will be fulfilling and blissful.
