12 Weeks / 500 Hour
Tantra Yoga Immersion / Teacher Training course
Course Overview
A Journey of Deep Integration and Teaching Mastery
The twelve week immersion offers time to dive into and integrate the worldview of traditional tantra, allowing you to move beyond conceptual learning and into the experience of tantra as a way of being. This immersive journey is designed for those who seek not just to understand, but to embody the teachings, refining their practice and their ability to share it with others.
Through daily Satsangs, you will explore the foundational principles of Kaula Tantra, returning to them again and again from different perspectives. Twice-daily prāna-based āsana practice will take you beyond a physical experience into an energetic and superconscious unfolding. Ayurvedic health practices will support this unfolding through vitality and further prānic balance. Sacred rituals such as ārti and nyāsa will deepen your experience of the divine as you, making tantra a living, breathing experience.
Within twelve weeks of āsana practice, repetition, and seven weeks of direct teaching experience, you will develop fluency and confidence in guiding others. Teaching becomes second nature as you refine your skills through extended exposure, feedback, and lived experience. This extended timeframe allows for true integration—not just as you guide āsana, but also as a felt knowing that shapes how you walk through the world.
Living in kula, surrounded by dedicated practitioners, provides the support and continuity needed to make Tantra a way of life, not just a practice. As the weeks unfold, you will find yourself naturally aligning with the recognition that you and everything—every object, every movement, every moment—are the Absolute, dancing.
By the end of these twelve weeks, you will have a profound, embodied gnosis of Tantra as a radical celebration of existence, as well as a strong foundation for sharing this celebration with others.
