6 Month / 500 Hour
Tantra Yoga Immersion / Teacher Training course
Welcome to Kula
Tantra community; living the experience
We invite you to join the community at SKaSTA and experience the integration of non-dual Tantra. From the moment you arrive, you become part of the community (Kula) and are welcomed to explore your true nature as the Divine celebrating as you.
If you wish to join the community as a 6 month resident there are two options:
You are a graduate of a 200-hour immersion at one of the yoga schools worldwide that share this system of āsana and philosophy: SKaSTA Tantra Yoga, Shri Kali Ashram, Sva-Tantra Ashram, Durga’s Tiger School, or Shakta Yoga (Finland). These trainings provide a foundational understanding of the āsana system you will explore more deeply.
OR
For those new to the SKaSTA system, completing the 500-hour immersion offers a comprehensive introduction to our foundational practices, tools, and philosophy. After successfully completing the 500-hour immersion, the SKaSTA leadership team will consider you for the 6-month program. Full payment for the 6 month program is required in advance. Partial refund will be given for those not continuing for the full 6 month immersion.
During the 6-month immersion, members will engage in further readings and integrate practices to build upon the skills and knowledge gained during their previous teacher training or the 500 hr immersion. This includes exploring additional tantric texts, engaging in discussion and practice with other long-term SKaSTA members, continuing with Taoist energetic practices, among other transformative experiences.

SKaSTA Kula
Community, or Kula, is the foundation of the Kaula tradition. The Kula is the gathering of all expressions of Devi, the Goddess.
We understand and embody Tantra as a living experience as we offer our community members an authentic and unique opportunity to live and celebrate life with us, at our ashram in beautiful Kovalam Bech, Kerala, India.
At SKaSTA, we recognize ourselves and every aspect of the cosmos as Devi celebrating Herself. We dis-cover that we are a Kula of Goddesses, celebrating our infinite potential—SVATANTRA.
