SKaSTA Tantra Yoga Ashram

Our Tantra yoga āsana system focuses to culture the body to relax in any situation so you naturally maintain heath and balance in life.
We do sequences ranging from 45 min to 1 hour 45 minutes per session with integrated pranayama (energy cultivation through breath) and meditation.
You are encouraged to relax and listen to your body and never be harsh or push through pain.
We use this yoga to culture trust with yourself, to love yourself, to play. As you can tell this yoga is about you, so we try and stay out of your mental space as much as possible.
We will only speak, to guide you to the next aspect and to remind you to relax. We help you to get into a meditative state of mind, so we don’t talk much.
